LOST ART OF ROMANCE

Years ago romance was the thing of the day for lovers. And there was no better way to express those love sensations than by love letters. To win over someone you were in love with, one had to profess, in all kinds of poetic phrase and sentences, his or her aching desires for each other. Most likely the scenario was a man who chased after a woman who played hard to get. So to win her over he had come better and stronger than the other Shakespearean guy, his competitor, who was also trying to woo his fair love. So poems, love letters with some pretty clever lines were conjured up that had the poor damsel falling completely and totally in love with him.
