Bloodbath in Guyana

Criminals Unleashes Bloodbath in Guyana

Collaborators, instigators and politicians who have encouraged criminal acts in Guyana in the name of freedom fighters or whether to destabilize the country or make Guyana ungovernable; have almost accomplished their goals. The television talk show host with their daily bitter guile and filth has had a field day over the airwaves unabated. The politicians have poisoned their gullible supporters into a state of self-destruct with their regular insinuations of half-truth and half lies. And now we have all stumbled over the precipice and only God knows where we are heading!

As we can all see Guyana is truly now in the state of self-destruction and I doubt anyone could have fathomed this deplorable state of affairs? What utter madness and waste of valuable human lives at the hands of out of control bandits. When will the terror end? When will wake up and put an end to criminality?

The police in Guyana reminds me of the west Indies cricket team who can’s seem to understand they are playing to win. These police seem to be the worst in the history of our country and can’t even seem to solve any crime, no matter how simple. Are they that incompetent and unprofessional that they don’t even seem to have the basic tenets of what police functions are? What about pride and integrity and, patriotism, loyalty to one’s country and its people? At least they should have the sense of decency to understand that loyalty to ones country is more important than loyalty to a political group. It is a disgust and a blatant shame at how the police operates in the execution of their sworn duties!

Whilst the politicians grovel around on their laurels it is the people of our country that are paying with their lives everyday. The guns are haunting all of us. Buxton has only been the beginning. Tomorrow will be Linden, then Golden Grove, then maybe Industry and Bettetrhope to follow… Criminals have no allegiance to anyone. They serve their own self-interest and self-preservation and seek to establish power roost with the biggest guns out for hire. Already everyone can see a pattern evolving of several armed groups waging their own wars in an effort to wrest control from the state authority.

Those benefiting from the criminal’s booty are embracing them as heroes, freedom fighters, but it will be only a matter of time before the hand that fed the dog will be bitten. What goes round comes round. It was rather unfortunate Waddell went the way he did. Many more in the years to come will have to flee from the very criminals they are bedding with support and silent consent.

Guyana is too precious to let this warped and degrading way of doing things continue unabated. We are a smart and intelligent people. Let us join together and wrestle order and decency back to our country. Let take pride in being honest, upright, and full of integrity. Let us began a campaign of condemning the criminals and start reporting their activities to the police hotline. Let us pressure the police to do what is ethically right.
What will you do?
