Best-love-ever
Taking a spouse with one or more kids is an extremely difficult and often complex issue to deal with. It is not impossible though as long as understanding, love and tolerance is exercised. Love will always win the war. And though hate maybe the initial reaction by children one or either side, in the end love demonstrated without hypocrisy will prevail.
The most damaging aspect in such situations is when either spouse take sides of their own children. Fairness demonstrated justly by both spouses will in the end bring the good out in the children. In one damaging situation a woman took a man who already had a son from a previous marriage and completely ignore the young child, whilst she doted over her own two kids she had gotten for this man. The grades for the young child dwindled terribly and the psychologic scars seems etched on his young mind permanently. This is harsh and cruel. The father has a level of responsibility here. He should get his new wife to love his son as much as she loves her own blood.
